Product Description:
1.cement resistors are made by winding resistance wires around non-alkaline ceramic core,which is added with a layer of heat and humidity resistant and non-corrosive protective material.
2.The wire wound resistor is then placed in a square ceramic package sealed with special nonflammable heat-resistant cement.
3.For high resistance value,wires are replaced by metal oxide films.
Construction of SQP type cement resistors:
Ceramic core : High alumina ceramic is used.
Resistor element :The resistor element shall consist of metal oxide film or Resistance wire
Terminal : Tinned iron cap.
Connection : The lead wire,which is plated with solder,shall be mounted to the caps by welding process.
Lead wire:Soldered or tinned annealed wire.
Silicon cement : Silicon resin is used. Accord with UL-94V-0 Nonflammable specification
Ceramic case : High thermal conductivity
